A brush guard is a tubular steel or aluminum protector mounted at the front end of pick-up, van or SUV that is designed to give protection especially on trips off the pavement. It is often added to present a tough, urban warrior look on the road.

 

 Brush guards are sometimes being installed without drilling. Many brush guards are available together with auxiliary lightning for better visibility at night.
